•    F.Y.J.C.  Final Exam dates are schedule after the H.S.C. Board exams, Feb.2013.

•    F.Y.J.C. Oral/Practical examinations are held for each exam/Unit Test

•    HSC Board Exams application forms are generally filled and submitted with fees, in the college, in the month of September.  The Board exams are usually conducted in the last week of February.  H.S.C.

Board exam results are generally declared at the end of May.  The exact dates will be notified as per the Board’s notification.

 

PASSING CRITERIA      

In order to pass the F.Y.J.C. Class the student must score 35% marks in the aggregate both in the Unit Test and the Final Examination.

For the S.Y.J.C. Class, minimum 35 marks are required in each subject to pass the Board Exams for a paper carrying max. marks 100.

 

MEDICAL CASES

Students of F.Y.J.C. who are unable to appear for the First Terminal Examination and/or the Final Examination on medical grounds should apply to the Principal within 7 days of the completion of the Terminal /  Final Examination.  They may be given an another opportunity to appear for the same.

This provision is not available for the Unit Tests.  A student who fails to appear for the Unit Test has to obtain 35% in the aggregate, in order to pass.
